Flat Fee Services for Exempt Organizations
Perkins Law, PLLC offers several packages of services to exempt organizations on a flat fee basis. The “Start-Up” package includes:
- Feasibility assessment of tax-exempt purpose(s)
- Assistance in designing corporate structure
- Preparing and filing Articles of Incorporation
- Preparing Bylaws
- Preparing organizational consents
- Assisting with organizational meeting of initial directors and officers
- Consultation with initial directors regarding fiduciary duties and related issues
- Prepare and submit IRS Form SS-4 and corresponding state forms as applicable
