Perkins Speaks Business Entity Tips for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners at Goochland Chamber Lunch Gathering

Enjoyed a great panel discussion with two former colleagues (Stephen Faraci and Scott Golightly) earlier today at the monthly Goochland Chamber lunch gathering. We talked about the importance of doing business through a separate business entity, why LLCs have become the entity of choice for the small business community, business succession planning strategies, and ways to reduce the risk of getting embroiled in costly litigation over business disputes.
